Breathe | Balance| Be is a 4-week online practice series for exploring the the art and science of breathwork and somatic practice for enhancing your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

How we breathe is interconnected with how we think, feel, relate and move.

When we change how we breath, we change who and how we are.

This practice series offers a blend of mindfulness, breathing exercises and other somatic practices for supporting overall well-being and enhancing focus, presence and self-attunement.

In this course you can expect a variety of breathing styles and techniques that can help to:

  • promote inner balance and relaxation

  • renew energy and vitality

  • enhance mental clarity, focus and creativity

  • foster a deeper sense of embodiment and connection

Live + Online via Zoom

SCHEDULE/FORMAT
4-week series. Thursdays at 1pm for 75minutes.

Each class includes:
Specific breathwork and other supportive practices
Weekly topic(s) to explore breathing mechanics, the nervous system, breath + mind/body/emotions, breathwork for healing + transformation
Time for discussion/q+a.

RECORDINGS
Yes. Each class will be recorded and participants will have access to recordings for later review/integration.
