Informed by the traditions of Yoga and Buddhism, contemporary psychology, neuroscience and somatic movement therapy, this series offers a supportive space for exploring the possibilities and connections between embodiment, compassion and living on purpose with meaning and joy.

These community practice sessions are not recorded.
